Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
- LMSW license (or eligible for state licensure upon acceptance).
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Leadership experience in hospice or palliative care.
- Program development experience.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Microsoft Office.
