Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Relevant substitutions may be considered.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, as specified in the position requirements.
Healthcare recruitment and physician recruitment experience preferred.
Experience working with third-party recruitment agencies and locum tenens providers preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, email, database management, and recruitment reporting.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
A current Hawaii Type 3 driver's license is preferred.
