Consumer Direct Loan Officer

MTG Services client is actively building its Phoenix-based Consumer Direct sales organization and is seeking experienced Loan Officers to join a high-volume, lead-driven mortgage sales environment.
The Consumer Direct Loan Officer will manage inbound/warm leads, consult with borrowers to understand their financing needs, structure appropriate Non-QM and complex-income loan solutions, and drive applications through closing. This role requires strong phone-based sales skills, disciplined follow-up, and the ability to manage a pipeline in a fast-paced call-center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert warm/inbound leads into funded mortgage loans.
- Consult with borrowers and identify appropriate Non-QM and conventional financing solutions.
- Manage the loan pipeline from initial contact through closing.
- Maintain consistent follow-up and activity within CRM/LOS systems.
- Collaborate with underwriting, processing, and operations to move loans efficiently through the process.
- Consistently meet or exceed production, conversion, and customer-service goals.
Qualifications
- 2 years of residential mortgage origination experience.
- Consumer-direct, call-center, or centralized lending experience strongly preferred
- Strong telephone sales, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM/LOS platforms and pipeline management.
- Non-QM and/or complex-income lending experience preferred.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
