National Independent Mortgage Lender seeks a Consumer Direct Loan Officer to expand an existing call center.
Compensation:
Inside Loan Advisors receive 100% inbound calls from qualified home shoppers looking to make their next purchase. Live daily leads transfers!
- Salary plus commissions. All mortgage loan advisors are eligible for bonuses.
- Very aggressive commission splits.
- New Associate Bonus Program
- Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae Seller/Servicer. We also have a stable of investors with 100s of loan products.
- Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, Manufactured Homes, Stated Income Products for Self-Employed Borrowers (NON- QM), USDA, and more!
- Competitive Pricing
- Direct Lender so all processing, underwriting, and funding are done in-house.
- Company-paid licensing, continuing education, and annual state/NMLS renewals.

- Familiar with DU/LP
- Encompass experience is a plus!

Qualifications

Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum five years of mortgage loan officer/retail mortgage banking experience
- Exceptional phone sales skills
- Must already be NMLS Licensed & SAFE Act compliant
- Must be licensed in a minimum of five(5) states
**MUST BE CURRENTLY NMLS LICENSED AND IN GOOD STANDING!**
Base salary, monthly commission, and annual bonus.
