Key Responsibilities
- Install complete HVAC systems in new residential construction projects (ductwork, equipment, ventilation, etc.)
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Ensure all installations meet local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
- Work closely with builders, contractors, and internal teams to meet construction timelines
- Perform system startups and basic testing to confirm proper operation
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Identify and communicate any installation challenges or discrepancies
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- 1–3 years of HVAC installation experience (residential new construction preferred)
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems, duct design, and installation practices
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various conditions (attics, crawl spaces, outdoors)
- EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working with production home builders
- Knowledge of local building codes and HVAC regulations
