Marketing Coordinator- Part-Time 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy 
  • Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation 
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success 
  • Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends 
  • Further knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices, and local marketing ideas and tactics with the team 
  • Creation of industry-leading proposal responses (RFP, RFQ, Bids), 
  • Design and execution of compelling graphics and on-point content for use in email blasts, print collateral, client takeaways, interview presentations, and conferences 
  • Production of banners, backdrops, theming, and RFP collateral  
  • Planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs such as email, events, social media or content marketing 
  • Independently coordinate marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral 
  • Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management 
  • Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice 
  • Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs 
  • Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports 
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing 
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills 
  • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing 
  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines 
  • Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports 
  • Must have a high level of creativity 
  • Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data 
  • Support the President in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives and planning and organizing promotional presentations 
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion 
  • Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists 
  • Integration of technology into physical and digital media, AI expertise.
