About the Role

This role supports the Director of Marketing and broader marketing team in executing digital campaigns, coordinating content production, understanding CRMs, automations, lead management, and interpreting analytics all while ensuring seamless marketing operations across One Day’s growing national dealer network. You’ll assist in the daily execution of paid media, email, and social campaigns; help manage content calendars; build email templates and assets; and provide general marketing support that drives measurable results. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position perfect for someone who loves data, design, and digital storytelling — and who’s eager to grow into a performance-driven marketing professional.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Assist with setup, tracking, and optimization of digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Coordinate creative assets for digital ads, email campaigns, website updates, and social media posts.
- Build and manage email templates, campaigns, and assets for national and dealer-level initiatives.
- Support testing and reporting on KPIs including cost-per-lead (CPL), click-through rate (CTR), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Help maintain digital content calendars and ensure all campaigns launch on time with proper tagging and attribution and understanding analytics and reporting.
- Assist in managing remarketing, email nurturing, and CRM integration efforts.
Content & Brand Support
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and agency partners to deliver on-brand creative assets.
- Assist in coordinating photoshoots, influencer collaborations, and content updates for website and social platforms.
- Maintain the marketing asset library, ensuring all materials meet brand guidelines.
- Support creation of landing pages, marketing collateral, and dealer marketing kits.
Dealer & Internal Marketing Support
- Assist local dealers with marketing requests, digital setup, and promotional campaigns.
- Help onboard new dealers by setting up marketing accounts, digital templates, and local ad campaigns.
- Prepare reports summarizing marketing performance across the national network.
- Support internal marketing events, conferences, and training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of marketing or digital media experience.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related digital tools.
- Experience building and deploying email campaigns (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, or similar platforms preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
