Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to facilitate accurate project execution.
- Assist in construction estimating and contract management to support project budgeting and scope control.
- Utilize ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other industry-standard tools for project documentation, tracking, and communication.
- Monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Support project managers in contract administration, change order processing, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to project planning by providing technical insights on construction sequencing and resource allocation.
- Ensure effective time management across multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management or civil engineering roles with hands-on construction site experience preferred.
- Familiarity with project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and Primavera is essential.
- Experience with construction estimating tools like HeavyBid is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction documents.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for effective project coordination among diverse teams.
