We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on creative strategist to shape and expand the online presence of Laura, Founder of Laura’s Lean Beef and steward of Mt. Folly Farm. This role combines storytelling, brand-building, and strategic content planning and execution to share Laura’s vision of regenerative agriculture, sustainability, and leadership in farming innovation.
As Creative and Strategy Manager, you’ll oversee and execute content creation, campaign strategy, and community engagement across social and media platforms. You’ll collaborate with Laura, photographers, videographers, and partners to bring the Mt. Folly story to life—and connect it with audiences who care about the future of food and the planet.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a social media strategy that builds Laura’s personal brand and amplifies Mt. Folly’s mission.
- Create a consistent visual and narrative style for all digital channels (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage content calendars, campaigns, and collaborations with creators or media partners.
- Lead concept development for photo and video shoots; oversee editing and post-production coordination.
- Analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategy for growth and impact.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in sustainable food, lifestyle, and leadership storytelling.
- Support event promotion, product launches, and partnerships related to Mount Folly and Laura’s advocacy work.
Qualifications
- Years of experience in social media management, creative direction, or digital marketing.
- Strong storytelling skills and proven visual aesthetic; comfortable crafting brand narratives across platforms.
- Proficiency with social media tools (Meta Suite, Later, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut or similar).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance metrics and optimizing campaigns.
- Passion for sustainability, agriculture, and mission-driven brands.
