The Role We're looking for an experienced Crew Lead to head up one of our residential and commercial roofing crews. You'll be responsible for the daily performance, safety, and quality output of a 4–5 person crew. This is a leadership role in the field — you set the standard, and your crew follows it.

Duties

• Lead a 4–5 person roofing crew on residential and commercial job sites across northwest Washington
• Direct daily work assignments, crew pacing, and job site logistics
• Enforce all safety protocols and ensure proper PPE use at all times
• Inspect work quality throughout the job and prior to crew de-mobilization
• Serve as the primary point of contact between your crew and the Project Management team
• Communicate job site status, material needs, and any issues to leadership promptly
• Mentor and develop crew members, fostering a culture of craftsmanship and accountability

Requirements

• 3 years of roofing experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong working knowledge of roofing systems — shingles, flat, and metal preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage a crew and hold people accountable professionally
• Comfortable working at height; must be able to climb ladders and work on roofs without hesitation
• Valid driver's license required — you'll travel to job sites in a company vehicle
• Strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish a significant plus
• Reliable and self-directed — you don't need to be managed, you do the managing

Compensation & Benefits

• $30-$35/hr depending on experience
