Metal Roof Company, a metal roofing company in Bellingham, WA, is seeking a Lead Metal Roof Installer with 5 years of hands-on experience in standing seam metal roof systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install Snap Lock and Mechanical Seam standing seam metal roof systems on residential and commercial projects
- Perform expert-level flashing of chimneys, skylights, vents, and boots using mechanical seals with minimal caulk
- Lead and coordinate a small installation crew on-site
- Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship on every project
This is an install-only position. Our shop handles all panel fabrication and trailer logistics — you focus 100% on roofing.
Requirements:
- 5 years of metal roof installation experience
- Mastery of mechanical seaming tools
- Ability to lead a small crew and manage on-site workflow
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality
- Valid driver’s license
