Our personal care home in Pittsburgh's North Hills has immediate openings for compassionate Resident Care Aides to join our team. The following roles are currently available:
- Full-time, evenings (3 to 11 p.m.)
- Part-time, overnights (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.)
Must have Direct Care Staff Training Certificate. Some experience in a senior care environment is preferred.

Starting rate is $17. Compensation negotiable based on experience. There also may be opportunities to pick up additional shifts at times. We are located in Ross Township on the PRT busline and very near Bellevue, West View, Brighton Heights, Avalon, Emsworth, McKees Rocks and other surrounding communities.
Duties
As a Resident Aide, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support to Residents in daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Helping Residents with mobility and lifting when necessary to ensure their safety and comfort.
- Engaging Residents in social activities and promoting social interaction among peers.
- Maintaining a clean and safe living environment for all Residents.
- Documenting Resident care and reporting any changes in health or behavior to the supervising staff.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to implement care plans tailored to individual Resident needs.
Experience
Preferred qualifications for the Resident Aide position include:
- Experience in a long-term care setting such as a retirement home or assisted living facility.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with Residents, families, and team members.
- A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support to enhance the lives of those you serve.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
