Our dental practice is seeking an organized, dependable, and personable Dental Front Desk / Dental Insurance Specialist. We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping patients, keeps the front desk running smoothly, and takes pride in following through.
Dental assistants interested in transitioning to an administrative role are welcome and encouraged to apply!
What You’ll Do
● Welcome patients and manage check-in and check-out.
● Schedule appointments and answer patient calls.
● Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits.
● Submit insurance claims, follow up on outstanding claims, and track payments.
● Help patients understand their coverage, estimated costs, and payment responsibilities.
● Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with the clinical team.
What We’re Looking For
● Previous dental office experience and strong computer skills are required.
● Professional communication, a positive attitude, and a dependable work ethic.
● Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
● A calm, courteous approach to patient questions and concerns.
● Dental insurance and billing experience preferred.
● Eaglesoft practice management software experience is a plus.
