Here at Associated Endodontics, we believe exceptional patient care begins the moment someone walks through our doors. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping people, and love being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you!

Schedule:  Monday-Friday (5 days/week); 8am-4pm 

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Verify insurance and assist with patient paperwork
• Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience
• Manage daily administrative tasks to keep the office running efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Min. of 6 month of Dental Receptionist experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping others
• Comfortable using computers and learning practice management software
