Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong emphasis on UX Design to join our dynamic team at Mobileye in New York. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in the field, demonstrating a deep understanding of user centered design principles and methodologies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex user needs into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring a user centered approach throughout.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to deliver cohesive and innovative solutions.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the user experience.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven expertise in UX Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user centered design projects.
• Extensive experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in designing for mobile applications and responsive web design.
• Familiarity with front end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and working in cross functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field.

• 15 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on UX.

• A portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of user centered design and showcases a variety of projects.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
