What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electronics Technician position at MSRcosmos LLC?
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in hardware and cable assembly, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and modification.
Strong expertise in cable and hardware debugging, fault isolation, and corrective actions.
Proven experience in assembling and terminating MIL-DTL-38999 and D-Sub connectors and cable harnesses.
Proficient in cable routing, installation, and adherence to wiring standards and best practices.
Skilled in soldering cables, connectors, and PCB-mounted components with a focus on quality and reliability.
Hands-on experience using electronic test and measurement equipment, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, power meters, and protocol analyzers.
Solid understanding of electrical communication interfaces such as RS-232, RS-422, and USB.
Ability to interpret and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and assembly drawings.
Familiarity with industry standards and quality procedures related to cable and hardware assembly.
IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification is preferred.
