What You’ll Do
- Create Impactful Dashboards: Design interactive, visually engaging Power BI dashboards and reports that help clients make smarter decisions.
- Own the Data Process: Build and maintain data models, connect to multiple sources, and perform ETL to prepare data for analysis.
- Leverage Advanced Analytics: Use DAX for sophisticated calculations and KPIs that drive business performance.
- Ensure Data Security: Implement row-level security and manage compliance standards.
- Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with clients, analysts, and developers to gather requirements, explain insights, and provide training.
- Optimize Performance: Monitor and fine-tune Power BI solutions for speed and reliability.
What We’re Looking For
- Education:
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or related field; OR
- High School diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience.
- Technical Expertise:
- Power BI: Advanced report/dashboard development
- DAX: Strong ability to create complex calculations
- SQL: Skilled in data extraction and manipulation
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret trends and turn data into actionable insights.
