What You’ll Do

• Create Impactful Dashboards: Design interactive, visually engaging Power BI dashboards and reports that help clients make smarter decisions.
• Own the Data Process: Build and maintain data models, connect to multiple sources, and perform ETL to prepare data for analysis.
• Leverage Advanced Analytics: Use DAX for sophisticated calculations and KPIs that drive business performance.
• Ensure Data Security: Implement row-level security and manage compliance standards.
• Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with clients, analysts, and developers to gather requirements, explain insights, and provide training.
• Optimize Performance: Monitor and fine-tune Power BI solutions for speed and reliability.

What We’re Looking For

• Education:
• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or related field; OR
• High School diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience.
• Technical Expertise:
• Power BI: Advanced report/dashboard development
• DAX: Strong ability to create complex calculations
• SQL: Skilled in data extraction and manipulation
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret trends and turn data into actionable insights.
• Soft Skills: Clear communicator, collaborative team player, and proactive problem-solver.
