Position Overview:
This role supports the Arizona Department of Revenue by providing full-cycle recruiting services across multiple position types. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will manage end-to-end recruiting activities, partner with hiring managers, and support workforce planning initiatives. The position requires strong sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and recruiting process expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for non-exempt, professional, technical, and management roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
Support improvements or optimization of HRIS and applicant tracking systems, as applicable
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates
Ensure recruiting processes comply with state policies and procedures
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of experience in full-cycle, 360-degree recruiting
Experience recruiting across diverse job families, including professional and technical roles
Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
Relevant education, training, or work experience in human resources or recruiting
Additional Information:
This is a local-only role. Candidates must reside in the Phoenix, AZ area
Candidates must be available for in-person interviews within one week of posting closure
