This role is ideal for someone with HR Coordinator or HR Assistant experience and exposure to HR or finance. The focus is on clerical and organizational tasks, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.Key ResponsibilitiesScan, organize, and label employee records (active/inactive) and payroll files.Assist with data entry, spreadsheets, and document formatting (Word & Excel).Prepare and organize offer letters, compensation documents, SOPs, and instructions.Support HR projects one at a time, following clear instructions.Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure accuracy in naming conventions.Perform general clerical tasks including scanning, auditing, and organizing HR documents.QualificationsBackground in HR support (Coordinator, Assistant) or exposure to HR processes.Familiarity with finance concepts and comfort working with data.Strong MS Word and Excel skills (formatting, data entry).Ability to follow instructions and work independently to complete projects.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
