We’re looking for an Engineering Change Coordinator to manage engineering change processes (ECR/ECO) and ensure accurate updates across our organization. This is a fully onsite role in Morton Grove, IL with an early start (7:00–8:30 AM) and an 8-hour shift.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Coordinate technical data changes using PLM tools (Windchill preferred)
✔ Work with engineering, marketing, production, and vendors to implement changes
✔ Create and revise engineering documentation
✔ Support projects related to engineering systems and product lifecycle
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with engineering change management (ECR/ECO)
- Familiarity with PLM systems (Windchill highly preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
Preferred:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience with CAD tools (Pro/E, Creo)
- Knowledge of valves, pumps, and electro-mechanical products
