If you are detailoriented, proactive, and passionate about supply chain excellence, we’d love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesManage procurement email traffic and facilitate communication with endusers.Execute endtoend purchasing activities including sourcing, order creation, tracking, and invoice reconciliation using SAP.Analyze purchase data, inventory levels, and supplier performance to identify costsaving opportunities and process improvements.Collaborate with planning, production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Support vendor negotiations to secure favorable pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.Maintain accurate master data and procurement records within SAP.Prepare and present analytical reports on spend, supplier performance, and key procurement metrics.Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic sourcing efforts.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).2–3 years of supply chain experience across multiple facets.Proficiency in SAP; strong Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI skills a plus.Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with attention to detail.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.Experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred.Key CompetenciesAnalytical and datadriven mindsetStrong organizational and planning skillsProactive and resultsoriented approachCollaborative team playerHigh integrity and professionalismWork EnvironmentOffice setting with standard equipment.40hour work week.
