Job Overview:
The primary objective is to audit and input lease and retail contracts into the portfolio system daily with a high degree of accuracy
Responsibilities:
The ability to verify information is accurate and be able to communicate the reason if incorrect. Able to follow a process and identify inconsistencies with information presented. A general knowledge of being able to add, subtract, divide, & multiply. Ability to validate calculations to ensure the financial information presented is accurate. - Able to adapt to frequent changes including overtime with limited notice - Comfortable working in a fast paced environment - Ability to communicate with region and dealership personnel.
Qualifications:
Moderate computer skills, multi-task between different programming systems, significant amount of attention to detail, must be able to adapt to frequent changes, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Microsoft Office
Education:
High School Diploma (GED)
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Knowledge & Additional Skills
General Accounting – 1 year
General Business – 1 year
Proficient in Administration – 1 year
