Position Type:

- On-Site
- Proficient in 10 Key Data Entry.
- H.S diploma or GED required with 1-2 years of experience in a related capacity.
- Additional Skills recommended:
- Auditing capabilities:
- Ability to verify the accuracy of information and clearly communicate corrections when needed.
- Exception analysis:
- Evaluate requests for exceptions, determine appropriate authority levels, and obtain necessary approvals to ensure compliance with policy and procedure requirements.
- Detail oriented:
- Strong attention to detail; capable of following processes precisely and identifying inconsistencies or errors.
- Financial background (auto finance preferred): Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and the ability to validate calculations for accuracy of financial data.
- Adaptability:
- Flexible and able to manage frequent changes, including overtime as needed with limited notice.
- Fast-paced environment:
- Comfortable working efficiently under time constraints while maintaining accuracy.
- Communication:
- Ability to effectively interact with regional teams, dealership personnel, and internal stakeholders.
- Responsibilities:
- Review fleet and small business contracts to ensure they are compliant with both company and regulatory requirements.
- Establish account records in portfolio systems and process payments to dealers, dealer leasing companies, and fleet customers.
- Provide guidance and support to new team members to ensure smooth onboarding and successful integration.
- Assist the team in navigating ongoing transitions, promoting adaptability and collaboration in a dynamic environment.
