This Vice President role in Corporate Reputation will help shape and carry out communication strategies that support and strengthen reputation with both internal and external audiences. In this position, you’ll play a hands-on role in guiding media efforts, executive visibility opportunities and employee communications. With thoughtful business positioning and strong cross-functional partners—including an integrated measurement and analytics team—MSL supports clients across a wide range of industries in leading with influence.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead integrated client work across various industries, partnering closely with our leadership team and specialists in strategy, media, digital, and creative.
  • Offer senior-level counsel to executives on corporate positioning, transformation stories, market changes, regulatory topics, financial updates, ESG, and crisis situations.
  • Work with clients on reputation management, investor and stakeholder communications, and thought leadership programs.
  • Ensure we’re delivering top-tier client service in partnership with teams across the agency.
  • Support and grow team members, with a particular focus on helping mid-level managers advance in their careers.
  • Show up as a collaborative, confident senior leader within both the corporate reputation practice and the broader MSL team.


Required skills

  • Knowledge of and leadership across a wide breadth of communications disciplines, including corporate brand, internal communications, issues management, influencer relations and executive visibility and leadership communications.
  • Energy and passion for inventing new ways of working, managing change and inspiring teams
  • Exemplary track record of building and supporting high-performing teams
  • Deep knowledge and experience with business media, publications and events, including investor events
  • Strong preference for previous agency experience and track record growing business
  • 8 years agency experience or equivalent experience
  • Voracious consumer of industry and consumer news as well as business media
  • Communications experience within highly regulated industries is a plus but not required
  • Policy knowledge or FDA experience is also helpful but not required


Compensation Range: $115,000-$194,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.

Salary : $115,000 - $194,500
