Compensation: This salaried, exempt position pays from $100,000 to $125,000 per year. The estimated annual pay for new hires generally ranges from $125,000 to $150,000 or more, depending on experience, education level and annual bonuses.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Hardscape products to achieve revenue and profitability goals in region.
- Recruit, Hire, Train, Mentor and Lead high-performing sales team; provide coaching, performance reviews, and ongoing training.
- Provide product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service training for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to support long-term growth.
- Understand our brand, products and procedures; utilize them to position us as market leader.
- Identify market trends and additional growth opportunities, drive business development and market expansion efforts.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with key customers and distributors, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Investigate and help sales team resolve customer claims/problems.
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports; use data to refine strategies and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure timely deliveries and inventory availability.
- Partner with marketing to support brand positioning and drive demand through targeted merchandising.
- Attend trade shows throughout the year as required.
- Travel 90% in assigned territories with sales representatives, occasionally nationally.
- Perform additional duties as required and or requested.
- Support additional business initiatives as directed by senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Two (2) plus years’ experience in channel distribution sales
- Minimum of 2 years of related industry experience; hardscape or hard flooring industries.
- Strong math skills calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, area, and volume.
- Ability to determine solutions for customers.
- Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Intermediate computer proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license.uy
