Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) -- DAY SHIFT
Location: McAlester, OK
MSI Healthcare is looking for caring and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional daily care and support to residents in our long-term care community while working alongside experienced nurses and compassionate caregivers.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver compassionate, hands-on care and assistance with daily living activities, helping residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence
- Observe residents closely and promptly communicate changes in their physical, emotional, or overall condition to the nursing team
- Accurately document resident care, observations, and services provided in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other team members to support individualized, resident-centered care plans
- Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and fellow staff members
What We’re Looking For
- Current CNA certification in the State of Oklahoma, in good standing
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including EMR systems (preferred)
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing (preferred, but not required)
- A reliable, compassionate, and resident-focused approach to care
