The Front Desk Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, supporting a medium-sized team by managing front desk operations efficiently. Reporting to the Office Manager, HR Manager, Operations Manager, and Reception Supervisor, this role requires handling a variety of administrative and customer service tasks using proprietary CRM, standard office suite applications, and appointment scheduling software. The position is based onsite with no travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors promptly and courteously
  • Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Schedule and manage appointments for team members
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in relevant systems
  • Provide frontline customer support and address complaints
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Provide information to internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with facility management for smooth operations

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 years experience in administrative support roles
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and appointment scheduling software
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Professional telephone etiquette and data entry skills
  • Effective problem-solving capabilities

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
