Purpose & Role:
The Vice President, Social Commerce, USA is a critical commercial leader responsible for building and scaling our clients next-generation commerce engine across Social Commerce, DTC/TTS, and—over time—all U.S. eCommerce (including Amazon/Pattern). This role connects brand, product, data, creators, and commerce infrastructure to deliver incremental revenue, community growth, and brand loyalty.
Core Experience & Capabilities:
- 5 years senior leadership within eCommerce, digital commerce, or social commerce.
- Deep understanding of shoppable social (TikTok Shop, IG Shop), DTC, marketplace operations, and retail media.
- Strong data literacy: funnel analytics, attribution, ROI modeling, experimentation frameworks.
- Proven success building and scaling creator/affiliate ecosystems.
- Strong financial acumen: P&L ownership, forecasting, budget management.
- Experience influencing customers, platforms, agencies, and senior internal stakeholders.
- Track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Bonus: bilingual Mandarin/English to strengthen collaboration with Global eCommerce teams.
