In this role, you will drive month-end close activities, ensure accurate financial reporting, and strengthen our accounting processes to support scalable growth. What You’ll Do
- Lead month-end close activities, including complex general ledger reconciliations and accruals
- Prepare and review monthly & quarterly financial statements to ensure accurate reporting
- Ensure GAAP compliance, reviewing work produced by support staff and applying accounting standards consistently
- Support annual audits and quarterly reviews by preparing reports, resolving issues, and drafting required documentation
- Review reconciliations across assigned groups, identify inaccuracies, and guide corrections
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Experience with financial reporting, accounting systems, and corporate financial statement preparation
- High proficiency in general ledger tools, report writers, databases, and spreadsheets and Variance Analysis.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently with minimal supervision
