We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Accountant to join our manufacturing finance team. In this role, you will drive month-end close activities, ensure accurate financial reporting, and strengthen our accounting processes to support scalable growth. What You’ll Do

• Lead month-end close activities, including complex general ledger reconciliations and accruals
• Prepare and review monthly & quarterly financial statements to ensure accurate reporting
• Ensure GAAP compliance, reviewing work produced by support staff and applying accounting standards consistently
• Support annual audits and quarterly reviews by preparing reports, resolving issues, and drafting required documentation
• Review reconciliations across assigned groups, identify inaccuracies, and guide corrections
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Experience with financial reporting, accounting systems, and corporate financial statement preparation
• High proficiency in general ledger tools, report writers, databases, and spreadsheets and Variance Analysis.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently with minimal supervision
