I'm partnered with a well-established growth-focused organization serving the HVAC, home services, and contractor market that is looking to add a Regional Sales Representative to its team.
This is a true hunter role focused on building relationships, developing new business opportunities, and expanding market presence throughout the Midwest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Build relationships with business owners, operators, and executive decision-makers
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through signed agreement
- Develop and execute a territory growth strategy
- Attend industry events, conferences, and customer meetings throughout the region
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition after the sale
Ideal Background:
- 3 years of B2B sales experience
- Proven success generating net-new business
- Experience selling marketing services, digital solutions, software, professional services, or consultative business solutions
- Experience working with HVAC, home services, contractors, construction, trades, or related industries is highly preferred
- Comfortable with approximately 20-30% travel
- Must be located near a major airport
Compensation:
- $90K-$100K Base Salary
- Realistic Year 1 Earnings: $150K-$170K
- Uncapped Commission Structure
- Remote Flexibility
Preferred Locations:
Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, St. Louis, Louisville, Lexington, or surrounding markets.
