About the role
We’re a growing company building out our HR team, and we’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join us. This is a hands-on, operational role where you’ll support payroll, benefits, and day-to-day HR while we scale — including standing up new systems from the ground up. If you’re early in your HR career, love figuring things out, and want real room to grow, this is a great seat.
What you’ll do
- Support payroll processing and cross-train as a backup so the team always has coverage.
- Help administer employee benefits and support open enrolment.
- Play a hands-on role in implementing a new HRIS/payroll system — a chance to learn a full systems rollout end to end.
- Audit and organize employee files, proactively spotting and resolving gaps (missing documents, incomplete records) before anyone has to ask.
- Build and maintain organized HR records, documentation, and processes.
- Jump into new projects as we grow — this role is fast-moving, and no two weeks look exactly alike.

- A bachelor’s degree.
- 0–5 years of experience — recent grads with the right drive are absolutely encouraged to apply.
