This is not a role where you will be building the case for AI investment. That case has already been made. This is a role where you scale what is already moving.

The Opportunity

JM Family is looking for an AI CoE Product Lead to sit at the intersection of technology, strategy, and people. This is a techno-functional seat that requires someone comfortable and credible in both conversations — technical and business. You will work directly with the AI CoE to accelerate AI adoption across business units, drive change management, and help teams move from curiosity to capability.

This starts as a 6 month contract with strong potential for extension or full time conversion. The role is hybrid with 3 days per week on site in Deerfield Beach, FL with flexibility on which days.

What You Will Do

• Partner with business unit leaders to identify AI use cases, assess readiness, and build adoption plans that stick
• Design and deliver change management and enablement programs for audiences ranging from frontline employees to senior executives
• Define and maintain a prioritized roadmap of AI initiatives in partnership with the AI Council and business stakeholders
• Translate business problems into AI opportunity areas and work with engineering and data teams to move initiatives from concept to production
• Support the ongoing development and enforcement of JM Family's Responsible AI framework including fairness, transparency, and compliance
• Act as the connective tissue between technical AI teams and business stakeholders, translating in both directions
• Define success metrics for AI initiatives that go beyond model accuracy — ROI, adoption rates, time savings, and associate satisfaction

What You Bring

• 8 years of experience in product management, technology consulting, or a techno-functional role with significant AI, data, or advanced analytics exposure
• Demonstrated experience leading AI or digital adoption programs including change management, stakeholder enablement, and organizational readiness
• Working knowledge of generative AI, large language models, and agentic workflows — enough to evaluate capabilities, identify limitations, and guide responsible deployment
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to present complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Experience influencing without direct authority in a matrixed organization
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and enterprise AI tooling including OpenAI or equivalent LLM platforms

Bonus Points

• Experience inside a formal AI CoE or digital transformation office
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot or Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Background in automotive or financial services
• Consulting background with experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
