Position: Real Estate Acquisition Agent
Location: Remote, but must live in one of these markets:
- Jacksonville, FL
- Savannah, GA
- San Bernardino, CA
- Phoenix, AZ
(Local market knowledge is important since the role requires property visits, seller meetings, inspections, and negotiations.)
Compensation:
- Base Salary: Starting from $50,000 depending on experience
- Commission: $2,000 per home purchased
- Top performers earned $125K last year
- Full benefits from Day 1 including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and PTO
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Source, negotiate, and close residential property purchases directly with motivated sellers
- Build strong relationships and trust with homeowners
- Make offers and manage deals from first contact through close
- Visit properties for assessments, inspections, and negotiations
- Work independently while owning your pipeline and results
Ideal Background:
- 4–10 years of sales or business development experience
- Strong negotiator and communicator
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable working independently
- CRM proficient and tech-savvy
- Flexible schedule for evenings/weekends when needed
Salary : $50,000 - $125,000
