- Oversee daily classroom operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards, mandated reporting laws, and early intervention protocols.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share progress updates, discuss developmental milestones, and address concerns with clarity and compassion.
- Supervise teaching staff by providing mentorship, conducting performance evaluations, and supporting ongoing professional development in early childhood education best practices.
- Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, health guidelines including first aid and CPR certifications, and standardized testing requirements when applicable.
- Foster an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and needs of young children while promoting childhood welfare and classroom management excellence.
Skills
