Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and close sales.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through warm calling and follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Perform negotiations to secure favorable terms for both the company and clients.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Participate in business development initiatives to expand market reach and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
Requirements
