Your Impact
You’ll own the process from setup to sign-off:
- Prepare CNC grinding machines for each work order
- Grind tools exactly as directed by work instructions
- Verify results to print specifications and quality standards
- Return completed tooling to its proper location
- Check in daily with the Shop Supervisor and keep communication clear
- Train teammates as needed and lean into special projects
- Model and foster MSC’s culture throughout the department
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- Solid grasp of basic math
- Ability to read blueprints and follow work orders precisely
- Confidence inspecting tools to print
- Comfort juggling multiple tasks without losing focus
- A willingness to teach others when asked
