Facilities Reliability and Maintenance Supervisor

MSC - North America
Mableton, GA Full Time
POSTED ON 9/11/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 1/9/2027

Lead the Night & Weekend Backbone of Our Building Systems

Step into a role where your leadership keeps our operation humming after dark. As the Facilities Reliability and Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll guide a skilled team across overnight and weekend shifts to ensure our building, equipment, and safety systems perform flawlessly.

Your Schedule

4-10 hour shifts - Thursday and Friday - 10:00pm to 8:30am - Saturday and Sunday - 6:00pm - 4:30am

A Day in the Life

You arrive to a prioritized plan: preventive maintenance tasks, parts checks, and a safety huddle. You review climate control dashboards, confirm OSHA-related checks, and walk the floor to verify custodial standards. Mid-shift, you jump into a cross-functional meeting, share best practices with partner CFCs, and approve a spare-parts reorder. When an unexpected issue pops up—a conveyor motor trip or a sprinkler valve concern—you provide hands-on troubleshooting while coaching the team. You close the shift by updating hazardous materials logs, testing evacuation procedures, and aligning actions to MSC’s culture and mission.

  • Contribute to annual operating expense and capital budgets for facility equipment.
