About the
Role
This candidate should be highly skilled and experienced Wireless Communications Engineer with a strong background in telecommunications, particularly in In-Building Cellular and Public Safety Radio Distributed Antenna Systems. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in project design and development activi
ties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be ass

Lead the selection of production hardware for pr - ojects.Develop and validate RF designs using iBwave so
- ftware.Review and approve construction drawings, including system block diagrams, wiring diagrams, rack elevations, and conduit/cable routing dr
- awings.Prepare and approve product specifications and related documen
- tation.Write scope of work documents and equipment purchase specific
- ations.Interface with the major wireless network operators and clients throughout the project life
- cycle.Review vendor data sheets to ensure compliance with project requir
- ements.Lead and manage teams of Engineers, Designers, and Dr
afters.
Qualif
- ications
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (B.S.E.E.), p - referred.5-10 years of experience in wireless communications, with a focus on In-Building Cellular and Public Safety Radio Distributed Antenna Systems,
- required.Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast United States,
required.
