Job Description: We are seeking an Entry Level Bookkeeper/Accounting Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of accounting office experience to provide administration support to our Accounting Department. The candidate will perform various clerical tasks, data entry, work with spreadsheets, create reports and assist the senior staff to ensure quality and accurate accounting is being completed.

- Account payable and receivables
- General Journal Entities
- Bank Reconciliation
- Year-end 1099 Preparation
- Credit Card Reconciliation
- Filing: Invoices, Bank Statements, and other financial documents
- Knowledge of Accounting Principle
- Data Entry: Advance Level
- QuickBooks: Intermediate to Advance Level
- Microsoft Office: Advance level
- Strong Computer Skills
- Strong work ethic & ability to multitask
- Pro-active with ability to work independently
- Great team player and people skills
- Can be trusted to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Experience in real estate industry is preferred
