đźÂ Sales & Operations Support
- Be the go-to support for both SonxTOP & SonxMAC sales teams
- Communicate with customers about orders, updates, and documentation
- Create quotes, invoices, proposals, and more (you make it official âď¸)
- Manage order logs, customer records, and sales documentation
- Work your magic in SAP to track orders, pricing, and invoicing
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and customer visits
- Support trade shows and sales events

- Assist with marketing initiatives and company events
- Support social media activities
- Help coordinate visits for international colleagues
- Participate in audits and quality management efforts
- Review contracts, NDAs, and terms & conditions

- Background in Business or International Business

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
