We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Lead / Architect to drive the design strategy and architecture of user-centered digital products. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end user experience design, defining scalable design systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, visually appealing, and high-performing applications across web and mobile platforms.
The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with deep expertise in user research, interaction design, information architecture, and front-end design principles.
- Lead the overall UI/UX strategy, design vision, and user experience architecture for enterprise and consumer applications.
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Design and maintain scalable design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
- Define information architecture and interaction patterns for complex applications.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams.
- Translate business requirements into user-centric design solutions.
- Ensure consistency in branding, accessibility, and responsive design standards.
- Mentor and guide UI/UX designers and front-end developers.
- Review and approve design deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
- Work with development teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise-level web and mobile applications.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
- Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with design systems and component-based architectures.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG and ADA compliance.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience designing SaaS, enterprise, fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce applications.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions.
- Experience with analytics tools and A/B testing.
- Certification in UX design or Human-Centered Design.
