Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Manager to lead custom sign manufacturing projects from initial client inquiry through final installation. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients, our design team, fabrication, and installation crews to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Intake & Planning: Review project scopes, architectural drawings, and client requirements to define project timelines and deliverables.
- Permitting & Compliance: Research local zoning ordinances, submit permit applications, and ensure all signage meets municipal codes and ADA regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with graphic designers, structural engineers, and production staff to ensure accurate manufacturing of custom signage (e.g., LED, pylon, monument, and dimensional letters).
- Resource Management: Procure materials, manage budgets, and negotiate with vendors/subcontractors to maximize profitability.
- Client Communication: Provide regular status updates to clients, manage expectations, and proactively resolve any production or installation roadblocks.
- Quality Assurance & Delivery: Oversee quality control checks before dispatch and coordinate logistics and scheduling for final on-site installation.
Qualifications
- Experience: \(2-4\) years of project management experience, specifically in the sign, printing, architectural fabrication, or construction industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, architectural drawings, and schematics. Familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW) and ERP/project management software.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of local permitting processes, sign codes, and variance applications.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities. Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
