About The Job
The Project Manager, Commercial DTP Programs will support the execution and optimization of Direct-to-Patient (DTP) commercialization initiatives for Ryaltris in the U.S. market.
This role is responsible for driving cross-functional project execution, performance tracking, and operational coordination across key commercial initiatives, including tele-sales, digital marketing, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels.
The position requires strong project management capabilities, analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective execution, performance visibility, and alignment with commercial objectives.

About The Job

Project Management & Commercial Execution
- Support the end-to-end execution of commercialization initiatives for the Ryaltris DTP program.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment with commercial objectives and timely execution.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop, implement, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor commercial performance across channels.
- Track and analyze sales performance, including tele-sales team productivity, conversion rates, and channel effectiveness.
- Create dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to leadership and support data-driven decision-making.
- Support the performance monitoring of Contract Sales Organizations (CSO) and tele-sales teams.
- Analyze call metrics, conversion rates, and sales outcomes to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance sales processes, training materials, and operational effectiveness.
- Support the expansion of social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing teams and external agencies to ensure effective campaign execution and alignment with brand strategy.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to optimize engagement and conversion.
- Support the implementation of DTC sales models, including integration with telehealth platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to establish and optimize patient access pathways.
- Ensure seamless execution of patient journey from awareness to prescription fulfillment.
- Support demand forecasting, inventory monitoring, and supply coordination in collaboration with Supply Chain teams.
- Assist in budget development, financial planning, and expense tracking for DTP programs.
- Monitor program spend and ensure alignment with financial targets and ROI expectations.
- Serve as a key point of coordination across internal functions including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, Legal, and IT.
- Collaborate with external partners such as Specialty Pharmacies, CSOs, and digital vendors to ensure alignment and execution.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field required
- 4–7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer health industry
- Experience in project management, commercialization, or sales/marketing support roles
- Exposure to Direct-to-Patient (DTP), OTC, or branded pharmaceutical products preferred
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and working with external partners
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking, reporting, and data interpretation
- Understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization, sales operations, or marketing processes
- Familiarity with digital marketing, tele-sales, or DTC models is a plus
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, CRM systems)
