We are seeking a results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across engineering, product, and IT functions. You will play a critical role in scaling our team by partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process (sourcing → screening → interview → offer → hire)
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and timelines
- Proactively source candidates via:
- LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Referrals and talent pipelines
- Conduct technical and behavioral screenings
- Coordinate and manage interview processes across teams
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking in ATS (e.g., Salesforce, Greenhouse, Lever)
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Track and report on recruiting metrics:
- Time-to-fill
- Pipeline conversion
- Offer acceptance rate
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
- Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in technical recruiting
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise software companies
- Familiarity with Azure / Cloud / modern web technologies
- Data-driven mindset with strong reporting skills
- Experience working closely with Salesforce or CRM-driven environments
