Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Account Executive to lead strategic sales opportunities, build strong relationships with enterprise clients, and drive significant revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience selling SaaS solutions, especially into hospitality, security, or operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
New Business & Pipeline Growth
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting → demo → proposal → close.
- Hunt and develop new enterprise accounts across hospitality, security, and operations.
- Build and manage a strong, qualified pipeline in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Conduct high-impact product demos tailored to client workflows.
Client Relationship Management
- Build trust-based relationships with Directors, VPs, and C-level leaders.
- Understand customer challenges and position MS Shift as the operational solution.
- Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and upsell opportunities.
Revenue & Forecasting
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, deal stages, and activity logs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and multi-property rollouts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Product & Engineering to relay customer feedback and feature needs.
- Support marketing with case studies, events, and webinars.
- Collaborate with Implementation for seamless multi-site deployments.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally enterprise.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Experience selling to hospitality, security, facilities, or operations is a big plus.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and objection-handling ability.
- Comfortable with travel for onsite demos and conferences (10–20%).
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
