Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes within our organization. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
- Oversee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and collaboration.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of HR practices and records.
Performance Management:
- Oversee performance appraisal systems and guide managers on providing feedback.
- Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Identify high-potential employees and plan career development initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Address employee inquiries related to benefits and compensation.
Organizational Development:
- Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Plan and execute team-building activities and employee recognition programs.

Data and Analytics:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an Human Resources Business Partner or similar role (5 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
