Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher for the closing position to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities

• Lead engaging activities that promote literacy, numeracy, social skills, and physical development during the closing hours of the day
• Implement curriculum development strategies tailored to early childhood education standards, including Montessori and other pedagogical approaches
• Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques
• Support children with special needs through individualized attention and early intervention practices
• Oversee classroom routines such as snack time, cleanup, and transition activities to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain detailed documentation of children's progress, behavior, and any incidents in compliance with childcare regulations
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan lesson plans that incorporate age-appropriate learning experiences and standardized testing preparation when applicable

Requirements

• Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, including classroom management and lesson planning skills
• Knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention strategies, and special education practices.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members
• Experience with classroom experience involving toddlers or preschool-aged children is preferred
• Ability to implement behavior management techniques that foster a positive learning environment
