We are seeking a Closing Agent to join our team in a full-time, on-site role located in Searcy, AR. The Closing Agent will manage and facilitate real estate closings, assist clients with escrow and title insurance processes, and ensure the smooth completion of transactions. Responsibilities include reviewing and preparing closing documents, coordinating with all parties involved, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, managing client inquiries, and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficient knowledge and experience in Escrow and Closings
- Ability to perform as a Notary and familiarity with Title Insurance
- Strong Customer Service skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in real estate or legal environments is a plus
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools associated with real estate and title services
