Position Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for operating the CNC Lathe, running, and checking production.
Daily tasks:
Run two CNC lathes to produce aerospace fasteners meeting quality and production targets. Check bolts using precision measuring tools and gages. Record daily production into SPC and shop floor control systems
Position type:
Requires full work time only. 8 hours a shift- Monday to Friday - overtime expected depending on production needs. Regular attendance is an essential job function.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints
- Do first Article Inspection
- Lifting up to 40 lbs. and moving 40 lbs. pans with dollies.
- Standing for extended periods of time, bending, stooping, reaching, and grasping to operate CNC lathes.
