- Manage daily inventory tasks using Flowhub POS and METRC
✅ Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with METRC and Flowhub required
- Strong understanding of cannabis inventory compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow SOPs and regulatory requirements exactly
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Trustworthy, accountable, and discreet
- Ability to lift and move product boxes as needed
- Prior dispensary or cannabis operations experience strongly preferred
- Receive and intake product deliveries accurately
- Verify manifests, package weights, and product details
- Tag, track, and adjust inventory as needed
- Conduct cycle counts and full inventory audits
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Ensure all inventory is compliant with NYS OCM regulations
- Maintain organized storage areas and back-of-house inventory flow
- Coordinate with management on quarantined, damaged, or returned items
- Support compliance reporting and audits as needed

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
